Greetings!
My name is Patrick Hollier and I will be an assistant principal at Magnolia Parkway Junior High. In my 23 years of education I have served as an elementary and high school teacher as well as a high school and middle school assistant principal. I have served at Bear Branch JR High and Magnolia Intermediate. I earned my Bachelor of Arts Degree in Education from McNeese State University, Master of Science in Educational Leadership from the University of Houston -Clear Lake. Our family loves living, working, and attending school in MISD. I am married to Kelly Hollier, who is an assistant principal at Magnolia Elementary. We have been happily married for 15 years and have three children attending MISD Schools.

1. I Believe in a Safe and Inclusive Environment. I am dedicated to creating a welcoming and secure atmosphere where ALL students feel valued and respected, regardless of their background.
2. I Believe in Strong Partnerships with Families. I am dedicated to collaborating with parents and actively seeking to build strong, communicative relationships with families which is essential for student success.
3. I Believe in Open and Transparent Communication. I am committed to maintaining clear and consistent communication with parents and guardians, ensuring that everyone is informed and engaged in their child's education.
4. I Believe in Prompt and Courteous Service. I am dedicated to responding to inquiries and concerns in a timely and respectful manner, whether through phone calls, emails, or in-person meetings.
5. I Believe in Active Listening: I am committed to actively listening to the feedback and concerns of parents and guardians, using their input to continuously improve our school community.
I am looking forward to being a part of the opening of MPJH in the fall and am honored to serve as your student’s assistant principal.
